Update Wednesday 01/043/2020

We’re absolutely operating on a business as usual basis, however it is stock-take date today, so few deliveries will go out today. Should be finished tomorrow.

We have enforced all the government hygiene instructions for our staff and premises

We have prohibited all visitors from visiting our premises

We have instructed couriers to keep their social distance when delivering.

Our stocks positions on all items are good and we are increasing stock levels of the most popular items.

Couriers have confirmed that collections and deliveries are on target.

We are taking daily soundings from our suppliers to identify early shortages. To date there are none! We will keep you informed and request you call us if you are about to place a time-critical order.

We are actively working on a variety of contingency plans.  To assist with this, a number of immediate actions have been identified and we are asking for your support as we implement them:

  • Currently we are experiencing zero supply shortages. To ensure we have the flexibility to maintain our delivery service levels, our cut-off for placing next day orders will be strictly 12 noon.  This change comes into effect Wednesday 18th March.
  • To continue to process your orders in a timely and efficient way, please email them to Connor or Robert in the first instance along with your enquiries and please allow additional time for your email to be responded to.

  • All invoices & credit notes will be sent to you by email only.

  • If you still send your payments to us by cheque or call us to pay by card, please consider changing to a direct bank transfer.  Please let us know if you require our account details.

Please be assured of our best attention at all times.  I hope you are all keeping well, take care of yourselves, families and friends during what is already a difficult and challenging time for everyone.

We are pleased to announce that we have been awarded the UK National FRAMEWORK Agreement for Photographic Equipment & Consumables

for all members and associate members of the following Purchasing Consortia:
